When talking about adaptor for a filter to a camera, we have to be clear on the direction of the adaptor.
O bien, que lado tiene rosca macho y que lado rosca hembra... not a trivial issue, even worst in this day and age.
The camera have a female trading and the filter has a male threading. A step-down adapter will screw into the camera and leave a smaller diameter female thread for a smaller filter.
It turns out that I bought the wrong adaptor... porca miseria!

Done. I ordered the correct adapter from AleExpress for $2.28. Now we can forget for about a month of this project until the correct part arrives.
